Delete your Tuned account

You can delete your account and the data tied to it at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

In the app

Open Tuned and tap your profile, top right.
Go to Settings, then Account.
Under Your data, tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account and its data are erased straight away.

By email

If you cannot open the app, email support@tunedremote.download from the address on your account, or tell us enough to identify your account, and we will delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account and sign-in keys.
Your profiles, watchlist, reminders and viewing history.
Your rooms and paired TV devices.
Your household, when you are its only member. A shared household keeps working for the others, and its ownership passes to another member.

Our database backups are kept for up to 14 days, so deleted data can remain in a backup until it expires. Backups are used only to recover the service.

Subscriptions

A paid plan is billed by Google Play or the App Store, not by Tuned. Deleting your account does not cancel it, so cancel the subscription in the store first: open the Play Store or App Store, go to Subscriptions, and choose Tuned.
